Up to 1-hr on-site measurement and consultation meeting
Professionally rendered floor plans with detailed dimensions and notations
High-resolution 3D renderings with curated finishes and material selections
Orthographic views with descriptive design & styling notes
Comprehensive digital materials and finishes selections including cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures, lighting, furnishings and architectural details tailored to your project vision
Lighting and electrical layouts thoughtfully integrated into the design
Complimentary renovation pricing guidance available upon request
One revision round per design category is included
The Investment:
Design package entry fee of $899 + $3.50 per square foot
$125 per hr fee for any work completed outside of the design package scopes
Add on option: A link for a walk-thru video of your conceptual renderings - Quoted per project

both locally and internationally, for budgets of all sizes
We’ve built strong relationships with contractors and tradesmen to bring
forth quality and trust as it relates to renovation and construction
