Up to 1-hr on-site measurement and consultation meeting

High quality 3D colour renderings with custom added finishes
Orthographic views with descriptive design & styling notes
Digital materials and finishes concept boards complete with selections for any following that apply:
-Cabinetry: door style/material/colour
-Countertop and profile
-Hardware
-Appliances
-Flooring
-Plumbing fixtures
-Lighting fixtures
-Paint colours
-Millwork, trim & casing: style & profile
-Furniture selections
-Window treatments

Proposed lighting, electrical & gas plans
Includes a complimentary renovation estimate if desired
One set of revisions for each category of the package is included
The Investment:
Design package entry fee of $899 + $3.50 per square foot
$125 per hr fee for any work completed outside of the design package scopes
Add on option: A link for a walk-thru video of your conceptual renderings - Quoted per project

both locally and internationally, for budgets of all sizes
We’ve built strong relationships with contractors and tradesmen to bring
forth quality and trust as it relates to renovation and construction
A rough estimate prior to in-person meeting can be provided
